Storage of ashes in our Chapel of Rest is free however dispersal of the ashes is the responsibility of the family. Please note that we will only release ashes to the person who arranged the funeral or another authorised person. We will ask you to sign for receipt of the ashes at the time of collection.

Ashes delivery (within M25)
Delivery of Ashes to any address within the M25 area, at any time including weekends and bank holidays can be provided.

International Transportation of Ashes
If you wish to take the ashes abroad they must be sealed in a metal urn and accompanied by the necessary certificates for customs clearance.

A world wide delivery service is available. We will collect, pack and seal the ashes for travel. The ashes will be sent by courier, when they reach their destination they will be delivered to a designated person who must sign for them.

Scattering of Ashes (at the crematorium)
Ashes can be scattered in the Garden of Rest at the crematorium with or without witnessing.

Scattering of Ashes (on the River Thames)
A boat can be hired from City Cruises that takes up to 10 people. There is an extra charge for more than 10 people.

River Thames Dispersal Package
