Sometime a death may occur at home, your GP will advise you that a funeral director is required to move the deceased from your home. We are able to respond to these situations anytime of the day or night please call our 24-hour Helpline on 0208 8361 6151. You will reach an on call manager who will guide you through what to do next. We will come to your house as soon as possible after the doctor has given the go ahead to collect the deceased.

If you do not have a preferred funeral director, the doctor will arrange for an emergency funeral director to collect the deceased. You are not obliged to use them to arrange and conduct the actual funeral.
